About
MY BACKGROUND

I'm a proud graduate of Kennesaw State University, where I earned a B.S. in Media and Entertainment with a minor in Film Studies.
In 2021, my horror script Pas De Deux was named a Semifinalist in the national WeScreenplay College Student Competition, spotlighting my early passion for storytelling. The following year, I served as producer, editor, and colorist on The Great Panic of 1999 — a Stage 32 Short Film Contest Finalist. During this time, I also trained at the Georgia Film Academy, earning AVID User Certification while gaining hands on-set experience.
After graduating, I produced Year of the Rabbit, a personal documentary chronicling my first return to China as a Chinese adoptee — an emotional and transformative project that deepened my commitment to authentic, identity-driven storytelling.
Professionally, I've worked as an Office Production Assistant on several major projects including The Slumber Party, The Exorcist: Believer, Insidious: The Red Door, and Teacup Season 1. These roles have sharpened my production skills and strengthened my goal of becoming a Producer, Director, and Showrunner's Assistant in the television and film industry.
Outside of filmmaking, I love running, exploring antique shops, and discovering new restaurants — always in search of the next good story.
